Physicians and clinics throughout Arizona are part of the Baby Arizona program.
You can locate a Baby Arizona provider by downloading a list for your county.
Once you locate a provider, call and make an appointment for a prenatal visit and
the office staff will assist you at your appointment to complete an application
for AHCCCS health insurance.
